How is the learning structured?

The program follows a progressive sequence across six modules. You start with basic posture and coordination, move through isolation work and traveling steps, then advance to complex combinations and performance preparation. Each module includes technique drills, practical application, and feedback opportunities.

Program Structure

Six Modules of Progressive Training

Each module focuses on specific technical elements and movement concepts. The sequence is designed to build your skills systematically, with each stage preparing you for the complexity of the next. This isn't just a collection of dance steps but a methodical approach to understanding how jazz dance works technically and artistically.

Module 01

Foundation and Alignment

Establishing proper posture, core engagement, and basic coordination patterns that support all jazz movement.

Ready to Start Training?

This program requires consistent practice and attention to technical detail. Most participants complete the full curriculum within four to six months, training three to four times per week. The pace depends on your previous movement experience and how much time you dedicate to practice between sessions.
