We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our courses, quizzes, and test assignments. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This policy applies to all purchases made through our platform, including individual courses, subscription plans, and bundled educational packages.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Course Purchases
Refund requests for individual courses or course bundles may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that:
The student has accessed less than 20 percent of the total course content, including video lessons, downloadable materials, quizzes, and interactive assignments.
No course completion certificate has been issued or downloaded.
The course was not purchased during a special promotional period that explicitly stated a no-refund policy.
2.2 Subscription Plans
For monthly or annual subscription plans, refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
The request is submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal date.
The subscriber has not accessed more than two courses or completed any assessments during the current billing cycle.
Partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are not provided.
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Completed courses where a certificate has been issued.
Courses or subscriptions purchased more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
Special promotional offers, discounted bundles, or limited-time sales explicitly marked as final sale.
Third-party services or products accessed through our platform.
Administrative fees or transaction costs associated with the original purchase.
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

Full name and email address associated with the account.
Order number or transaction reference number.
Course name or subscription plan details.
Detailed reason for the refund request.

3.2 Processing Time
Upon receipt of a refund request, our team will review the submission and respond within 5 business days. If the request meets our eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed within 10 business days from the approval date.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that unique situations may warrant special consideration. In cases of documented medical emergencies, technical issues preventing course access, or significant life events, we may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even if they fall outside the standard eligibility window.
Such requests must be accompanied by appropriate documentation and will be reviewed by our management team. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at the sole discretion of Vesmar Oltex.
5. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund has been approved and processed, access to the refunded course or subscription will be immediately revoked. Any downloaded materials, course notes, or certificates associated with the refunded purchase must not be used or distributed following the refund.
Students who receive a refund may not re-enroll in the same course at a discounted rate or claim promotional offers associated with their original purchase.
6. Technical Issues and Platform Problems
If technical difficulties prevent access to purchased courses or interactive features, please contact our technical support team before requesting a refund. In most cases, technical issues can be resolved promptly without the need for a refund.
If our team is unable to resolve a legitimate technical problem within 7 days, a full refund will be issued regardless of content access or time elapsed since purchase.
7. Billing Disputes
If you identify unauthorized charges or billing errors on your account, please contact us immediately at info@vesmaroltex.com. We will investigate all billing disputes thoroughly and take appropriate corrective action.
Initiating a chargeback through your financial institution without first contacting Vesmar Oltex may result in permanent suspension of your account and denial of future services.

Vesmar Oltex reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our platform following policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For purchases made before a policy update, the refund terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
